- Proven sales experience in a freight forwarding company
- Strong portfolio of active clients and industry contacts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and deliver tailored freight solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure service excellence
