Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Inbound Contact Centre Executive handling incoming customer sales enquiries to support our Off-plan team in Dubai.
Build & maintain relations with clients, understand their real estate needs, preferences and assist them through the process.
Demonstrate understanding of working with property buyers.
Educate clients on products and property features.
Proficient in using various advertising platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently with great dedication and proven track of successful track record.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Strong communication skills
Must be driven, presentable, team spirit, assertive.
Languages: English + Arabic + French
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,591.70 - AED5,007.41 per month
