Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. In addition, the Receptionist will manage front-desk operations and assist in administrative tasks to support our team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and members with a welcoming attitude.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings for gym services.
- Process client registrations and payments as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
