About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and personable receptionist to join our team in a full-time capacity. While the position requires a full-time commitment, we offer flexible working hours to accommodate the right candidate. The role goes beyond front-desk duties and includes basic accounting support and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients with a friendly demeanor
- Manage front-desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
- Track and reconcile petty cash and minor office expenses
- Provide support with basic accounting and administrative tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and handle day-to-day operational needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be on a husband’s visa (required)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping
- Reliable, organized, and helpful, with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable using common office tools (e.g., Excel, email, phone systems)
