Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Executive with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with calendar management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including visitor logs and membership files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and other front office activities.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized, tidy, and equipped with necessary supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front of House, Receptionist, or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a fitness customer service environment is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or front desk software.
