- Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Provide guests with information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest details and transactions in the property management system.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
