Requirements:
- BS in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in front office or administrative coordination roles
- Well-versed in HR tasks, insurance procedures, shipping logistics, and UAE government paperwork and portals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office management tools
- Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day office operations efficiently
