A Front Office at Sobha Realty is primarily responsible for providing a warm and welcoming first impression to visitors, clients, and employees at Sobha's offices, sales galleries, and events. This includes greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate areas. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
- Information and Direction: Provide clear and accurate information about Sobha's offerings, events, and locations.
- Front Desk Management: Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Customer Service: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients and visitors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Should be flexible with working days as we have events on weekends also
