We are building a strong in-house tech team to lead the next chapter of growth, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Flutter Developer to join us in our Dubai office.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Flutter Developer to take ownership of our mobile app and backend development. This is an on-site position with leadership potential, offering the opportunity to drive real product impact in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with the founders, designers, and QA team to launch, scale, and continuously improve our multi-vendor marketplace application.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our Flutter-based mobile app (Android, iOS, Web)
- Build and manage backend services using Node.js / Laravel / Django
- Develop scalable REST APIs for customer, vendor, and admin operations
- Integrate third-party services: payments, delivery tracking, Firebase, etc.
- Optimize app performance and maintain clean, well-documented code
- Participate in architectural planning and tech decision-making
- Work with Git version control and CI/CD workflows
Tech Stack
- Flutter (Dart), Firebase
- Node.js / Laravel / Django
- MySQL / MongoDB
- GitHub, Docker (basic), REST APIs, Stripe, Cloud Messaging
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong Flutter expertise
- Solid experience with backend frameworks and API development
- Proficiency in mobile performance optimization and state management
- Strong understanding of databases and cloud integrations
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately (on-site only)
- Proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with eCommerce, marketplace, or logistics platforms
- Familiarity with Provider / BLoC / Riverpod for state management
- App deployment experience on Google Play & App Store
- Interest in growing into a technical leadership or CTO role
