We are a well-established interior design company based in Abu Dhabi, seeking a motivated and professional Office Administrator/admin assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow across administrative, sales, and marketing activities.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to support client communications and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and preparing contracts, client proposals, and official documents.
Managing office operations and assisting with administrative and design-related tasks.
Coordinating with clients and following up to ensure smooth project and contract completion.
Supporting sales activities and assisting with lead follow-ups and deal closures.
Contributing to marketing efforts, including social media management and content coordination.
Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoices, petty cash tracking, and payment follow-ups.
Assisting in organizing meetings, schedules, and internal project timelines.

Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative, sales, or marketing roles (experience in interior design is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with design or social media tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English.
