1. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks. Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture, cater to guests & office staff requirements, and provide tea/coffee. To assist with documents and files as and when required.
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
- High school graduate with good knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- Experience in clerical activities is an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in the same role.
- Experience in the preparation of different types of Tea/Coffee.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Written and Verbal). Knowledge in other languages is an added advantage.
3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- All employees, Directors, and guests visiting the organization and the outsourcing staff
4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS
- Serving Water/Tea/Coffee during Meeting & Regular Employee (twice a day).
- Maintenance of Office Keys.
- Ensure Air Conditioners, Lights, Water Dispensers, heaters are turned on at the right time and turned off during closing hours.
- Assisting with Maintenance works and ensure such works are completed within time and inform Facilities in charge.
- Stock Taking and Ordering Office Consumables.
- Ensure cleaning services completes cleaning of the office daily.
- Ensure Restrooms are equipped with Tissues and inform Cleaning Vendor to clean on a periodic daily basis.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees in the absence of the Office Receptionist / During Break hours.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
- Answering and forwarding phone call, and taking messages.
- Assisting Passport Release in the absence of the PRO & HR Team in Employee filing.
- Co-operating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
- Make sure the office premise is clean and monitor on the pest control.
5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
- Job location might change based on business requirements. The job holder may be relocated to any office or department.
- The working environment is physically demanding of time such as working long hours, working on
weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
