We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, repairing, and installing a wide range of wooden furniture items such as chairs, tables, cabinets, and custom pieces. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, tools, and safety standards.
ey Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
- Build custom furniture including tables, chairs, cabinets, beds, and other wooden structures.
- Operate woodworking machines such as saws, routers, jointers, and sanders.
- Perform repairs and restorations on damaged or worn furniture.
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Install furniture at client sites when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
