We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, repairing, and installing a wide range of wooden furniture items such as chairs, tables, cabinets, and custom pieces. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, tools, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to construct furniture items such as tables, chairs, cabinets, beds, and shelving units.
- Sand, stain, varnish, and polish furniture to meet desired finishes.
- Operate woodworking machines, hand tools, and power tools safely and accurately.
