We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture needs, and guiding them through the buying process to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide assistance with product selection.
- Understand and explain features, benefits, and warranties of furniture items.
- Suggest furniture solutions based on customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Process customer orders, issue invoices, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Stay up-to-date on new furniture collections, trends, and promotions.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail or furniture sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for home furnishings and interior design.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
