Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to keep them healthy and well-groomed
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to control pests and promote growth
- Water and irrigate plants to ensure they have the proper moisture levels
- Maintain and repair gardening tools and equipment
- Monitor plant health and identify and address diseases or other issues
- Install and maintain plant beds, walkways, and other garden features
- Interact with clients and provide advice on gardening techniques and plant selection
- Complete administrative tasks such as recording work performed and purchasing gardening supplies
