Core Responsibilities
- Supervise Field Operations:
- Oversee daily operations on-site across multiple crews or foremen.
- Ensure work is progressing according to schedule and project plans.
- Coordinate Work Activities:
- Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
- Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Review and interpret project drawings
- Assist in developing work schedules and sequencing tasks.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections and address deficiencies.
- Safety Enforcement:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct safety meetings

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
