Foreman – Interior Fit-Outs

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our interior fit-out team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, flooring, and MEP coordination.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fit-out site works.
- Manage workforce and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with HSE regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Technical qualification in Civil/Interior/Architecture.
- 5+ years’ UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, finishes, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- English and Hindi is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
