Job Overview:
A well-established signage and outdoor media company in Sharjah is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead its sales function. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in signage or advertising sales, a strong network within the UAE market, and a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring continuous training and performance improvement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, retail, government, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and installation teams for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Ensure timely payment collection and client satisfaction after project completion.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in signage sales (indoor, outdoor, digital, wayfinding, exhibition stands, or related areas).
- Strong knowledge of the UAE signage and advertising industry with a well-established client network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
