Job Title:
General Workers Supervisor Arabic Only – Carpentry & Decoration Factory (Gaming Rooms)
Job Summary:
The General Workers Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing the carpentry and decoration team in the factory, ensuring all tasks are executed according to technical drawings and approved specifications, meeting the required quality standards and deadlines, while maintaining strict adherence to occupational safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and organize daily workflow in the factory, ensuring proper task distribution among workers.
2. Supervise the manufacturing and assembly of carpentry and decoration components (MDF, solid wood, Formica, etc.) as per designs.
3. Review technical drawings and plans before starting work, ensuring clarity for the team.
4. Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with standard and design specifications.
5. Coordinate with the project manager and design team to resolve any technical or site issues.
6. Monitor the availability of raw materials and tools, and submit requests to the warehouse or management as needed.
7. Ensure adherence to safety and occupational health regulations in the workshop.
8. Train new workers on correct work methods and equipment usage.
9. Prepare regular progress reports, achievement percentages, and note any issues.
10. Contribute to process improvement and productivity enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry and decoration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of materials and tools used in furniture and decoration manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-tasking team.
- Knowledge of safety and occupational health procedures.
