We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Global Visa Assistant to join our growing travel agency. You will be responsible for managing visa applications for various countries including UK, Schengen, Japan, USA, Saudi, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Handle tourist & business visa applications from A to Z
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, phone, email & in-person
- Guide clients on required documents based on destination country
- Fill online visa application forms accurately
- Track application status and follow up with embassies/clients
- Coordinate with internal departments (Ticketing, Tours, Finance)
- Maintain client records using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Google Sheets)
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing) – Arabic or Tagalog is a plus
- Experience in the visa or travel industry preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp Business, email & online forms
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and team player
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 3,000–4,000 (based on experience)
