Job Role: Teleios Racing Team is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our karting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing various mechanical equipment, mainly go-karts, to ensure peak performance and safety in our operations. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, including engines, brakes, steering, and other mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all mechanical systems meet safety standards and comply with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
- Maintain an organized workshop and manage inventory of tools and spare parts.
- Provide technical support and assistance on tracks during operations or events as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a mechanic in a similar mechanical role (go-karts, motorbikes, …).
- In-depth knowledge of engines, transmissions, chassis, and other mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and during high-demand periods.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in mechanical operations.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity, as the role involves hands-on work.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Location: Production City, Dubai

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
