The Role
- Collating orders across venue, liaising with suppliers and managing receptions
- Process all invoices received accurately
- Ensure the security of all stock
- Responsible for all goods received and their correct storage
- Process all purchases across the site
- Monitor stock levels across all departments
- Organise all back of house areas to ensure efficiencies across the restaurant.
- Attention to detail, taking pride and always working to the best of your ability.
- Demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift.
- Willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve.
