JOB PURPOSE
ENBD Business Banking was created as a distinct vertical to handle all “non-individual” relationships within RBWM Business Banking. It has always prioritized placing customers on suitable platforms to deliver optimal products & services.
As a Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with customers to collect information/documents about Remediation activities and compliance alerts. You will also coordinate with RMs and various other units.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure adherence to compliance and ops risk.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring timely engagement with customers os assigned alerts/ remediations and accurate processing of customer requests.
- Ensure data accuracy and diligence of customer information.
- Make sure assigned tasks are processes with set timelines.
- Execute various activities like MIS preparation and validation and reporting to management.
- Liaise with group compliance, Tanfeeth group operations, technology team, operational risk, risk and legal, fraud prevention and investigation as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate – preferably business/finance/accounting
- Experiences
- Related experience in governance.
- Self-motivated, team player, ability to deliver
