We are hiring a GPS Coordinator to track and monitor the real-time movement of vehicles, materials, and equipment. The role involves coordinating with drivers and site teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor vehicle and equipment movement in real-time using GPS tracking systems.
- Track and analyze delivery routes, locations, stoppages, and movement status.
- Coordinate with drivers and site teams to ensure timely dispatch and route efficiency.
- Identify and report route deviations, delays, or idle times for corrective actions.
- Maintain transport-related documentation, including trip sheets, delivery notes, and gate passes.
- Prepare daily movement reports and submit to the logistics or operations manager.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing transport schedules based on tracking data.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Logistics, IT, or Business Administration).
- 1–3 years of experience in a GPS coordination, dispatch, or logistics support role.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and related software/tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
- U.A.E Driving License.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
