Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing within the real estate industry. This role requires expertise in creating high-quality designs, marketing materials, and engaging video content for social media and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, and presentations.
- Create visually appealing branding elements, ensuring consistency in style and brand identity across all designs.
- Develop creative concepts for digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce eye-catching graphics that align with business goals.
- Optimize designs for social media, websites, and advertising platforms.
Video Editing:
- Edit and produce engaging real estate videos for listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Enhance raw footage by adding motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound to create professional-quality content.
- Create and edit video ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube content.
- Work with photographers and videographers to edit and refine video content.
- Stay updated on design and video trends to create modern and engaging content.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing within the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience working in Abu Dhabi with a good understanding of the local real estate market.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality visual content.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends and how to design content optimized for different platforms.
