We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer & Machine Operator to join our creative team, with a strong focus on custom t-shirt merchandise and unique gifts. The ideal candidate will not only have a flair for eye-catching graphic design but also hands-on experience operating UV and DTF printing machines.
Responsibilities:
Create original and trendy designs for custom t-shirts and gift items.
Operate and maintain UV printing and DTF (Direct-to-Film) machines to ensure high-quality output.
Prepare and optimize design files for production, ensuring compatibility with printing machines.
Manage the end-to-end process from design creation to final product output.
Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on machines.
Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to meet design and production standards.
Handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer (preferably in apparel or merchandise).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Experience in operating UV printers and DTF machines is required.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and communication skills.
Technical knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and printing processes.
