Now, we’re adding a visual storyteller to our team. Someone who gets the power of design. Someone who can make a pen look premium, a notebook feel like a lifestyle, and a product launch feel like a moment.
Who Are We Looking For?
A Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer who sees the world in shapes, colors, grids, and loops.
You're not just making things look good, you’re making people feel something.
Whether it’s a scroll-stopping reel on Instagram, a crisp product layout on Amazon, or a full-fledged packaging revamp, you know how to bring it to life.
What You’ll Do?
· Design everything from product packaging and catalogs to banners, ads, and marketing decks
· Create eye-catching motion graphics and video edits for social and digital
· Conceptualize visuals for new product launches and branding campaigns
· Align designs with marketing and sales goals - you're not just creative, you're strategic
· Stay on top of design trends, especially for e-commerce platforms, social media, and UAE-centric consumers
· Organize your creative work like a pro - versioning, asset folders, and all
· Optional but cool: dabble in 3D, AR, or product simulations
You Should Have:
2-4 years of experience in graphic + motion design, preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or marketing agencies
· A strong portfolio with both static and motion projects (yep, we’re gonna ask for it!)
· Pro-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite
· Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
· After Effects, Premiere Pro
· A solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and how design influences buying behavior
· A collaborative spirit and you love bouncing ideas with the team
· Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Bonus Points If You Have:
· Basic skills in photography, video editing, or UI/UX
· Knowledge of 3D rendering tools or AR effects
· Familiarity with Arabic, Hindi, or Russian (we’re global like that)
Education:
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or something similar
