We urgently hiring a Guest Relations Officer (Arabic speaking) for a leading holiday homes in downtown Dubai.
- A cancelled visa or tourist visa is required
- HOTEL (5*) experience, or more specifically Holiday Homes experience, is required
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services is important.
- Age: Maximum 35 years old and a pleasing personality.
- Preferably with basic working knowledge of Property Management Systems
- At least 2 to 3 years of UAE experience is required.
- Good English communication skills.
Job Description:
- Seamlessly communicate with guests in both Arabic and English across all channels – in person, over the phone, and via email/messaging platforms.
- Engage with guests before their arrival, confirming details, answering queries, and providing essential information in their preferred language. Deliver warm, personalized check-ins and property orientations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all holiday homes in our portfolio, including amenities, features, and unique selling points, to confidently assist all guests.
- Provide a comprehensive property orientation, including amenities, house rules, and local recommendations
- Respond swiftly to guest inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Engage with guests before their arrival, confirming details, answering queries, and providing essential information in their preferred language. Deliver warm, personalized check-ins and property orientations.
- Be the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their stay. Proactively and empathetically resolve issues with efficiency, coordinating with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance) as needed.
- Actively collect guest feedback, encourage reviews, and conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and foster strong, lasting relationships.
- Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and assist with general administrative duties related to guest services.
- Utilize your bilingual and cultural understanding to anticipate and meet the diverse needs of our international guests, enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a guest relations, front office, or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality, hotel, or holiday homes sector.
- A genuine passion for delivering top-tier customer service and creating positive, memorable guest interactions.
- Strong ability to listen, empathize, and efficiently resolve guest concerns with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS/RMS) or booking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per business needs.
- Strong familiarity with Dubai's attractions, services, and local culture
