Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with care
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing processes
- Uphold the hotel’s standards of excellence in every interaction
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with an international hotel chain preferred
- Proficiency in the OnQ System is an advantage
- Fluency in English (spoken/written) is essential
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with front office systems
