Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Check in with guests to address any concerns or special requests.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
