Job Description :
- Oversee daily operations of the gym and related wellness areas (e.g., sauna, steam room, changing rooms).
- Greet and assist residents, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and enforce facility rules for safety and hygiene.
- Conduct daily inspections of gym equipment and coordinate timely repairs or servicing.
- Supervise cleaners or attendants to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Maintain inventory of towels, cleaning supplies, and sanitization products.
- Monitor access to the facility, ensuring only authorized residents or staff use the gym.
- Prepare incident and maintenance reports as needed.
- Assist in organizing small wellness initiatives or resident fitness activities.
- Comply with UAE health and safety regulations and tower management policies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in gym supervision or facility coordination.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and maintenance.
Providing Salary:
- AED 4000 per month.
- Sharing Accommodations.
