Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to clients' needs and preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide professional recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair care industry.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hair stylist in a reputable salon or spa environment.
- Proficiency in various cutting techniques, coloring methods, and hair treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
