Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HDPE Pipeline Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the installation, maintenance, and testing of HDPE pipelines for water, drainage, or industrial systems.
y Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead site teams for HDPE pipeline installation works.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Oversee butt fusion, electrofusion, and mechanical jointing of HDPE pipes.
- Ensure proper handling, welding, and laying of pipes according to project and QA/QC standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and safety officers.
- Maintain work records, prepare progress reports, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations on site.
- Report to the Project Manager and attend regular site meetings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HDPE pipeline supervision.
- Strong knowledge of HDPE pipe welding techniques (butt fusion, electrofusion).
- Ability to manage manpower and resources efficiently.
- Good understanding of site safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging site conditions.
