Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Head Chef with strong experience in (Pan Asian cuisine). The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, quality control, and overall culinary management. This role requires leadership, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional breakfast dishes.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as Kitchen in Charge or Sous Chef
- Cooking skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry
- Food quality assessment skills
- Culinary management experience
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
- Experience with inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
