Head of Broker Relations

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Broker Relations to lead and expand our broker engagement strategy. This role will be responsible for managing the broker relations team, onboarding new brokerage partners, and re-activating inactive brokers to drive property sales. Experience in the UAE real estate development industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Broker Relations team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand and strengthen the broker network.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new real estate brokerages and agencies.
• Re-engage and activate inactive or low-performing brokers through targeted initiatives and relationship building.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to support broker campaigns and events.
• Organize broker events, training sessions, and property tours to improve engagement and conversion.
• Monitor broker performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
• Ensure all broker activities are compliant with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority brokerage partners and key accounts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales or broker management, with at least 3 years in the UAE real estate development sector.
• Proven track record in leading broker acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE brokerage landscape and RERA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; or additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
