About This Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-focused leader to build upon a New Digital brand. Reporting to the Country Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for defining the Telco Digital brand, play a key role in the product evolution, as well as support marketing activities related to new revenue verticals. S/ he will be expected to define target segments, needs, relevance - this is an opportunity to be innovative with tareting, social media, influencers, community engagement, referrals, and traditional media.

What you will do
- Develop an overall roadmap that contribute towards various "North Star" metrics in line with the broader organisational strategy (revenue/ adoption/ transactions)
- Own marketing outcomes for the country end to end, from digital to traditional, from creative to commercial
- Motivate the team to perform at a high performance level
- Work with regional COE team to learn from subject matter experts, learn from other countries, and institutionalize own country learnings
What we are looking for
- 7-8 years of professional working experience, at least 3-5 of which at marketing leadership level (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of experience within the internet/ technology (or-related industry), ideally one that has experienced rapid growth and expansion
- Established marketing expertise and can be the subject matter expert (in local markets and beyond)
- Proven track record of building and scaling a business
- Some telco knowledge would be preferable
