About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Service Delivery Line Manager to lead our MSIT and ADM Multi Accounts. In this role, you will ensure exceptional service delivery, driving customer satisfaction and value. As an MS SDM, you will support service sales by aligning with our delivery processes and strategies. You will be a key player in the operational organization, responsible for leading your area and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
What You Will Do
- Governance and Operational Excellence: Streamline governance and reporting for consistent Ways of Working and alignment across MSIT-ADM. Lead MSIT internal processes such as SDE savings and Business Lead Generation. Support units in audits and foster a high-performing team culture.
- Reporting & Communication: Analyze and report financial figures for specific accounts, coordinating with MSCOO's to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Resource Management: Manage resources cost and competence needs, recruit diverse talent, handle terminations, secure workplace access, conduct succession planning, and maintain the Resource Tracker.
- Competence Management: Develop team plans based on business needs, manage talent, develop leadership skills, assess resources, and plan tactical resource and cost management.
- Unit Finance Management: Control CC budget, absorption, utilization, and billability, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Management: Implement best practices and improvement programs, overcome performance barriers, and drive change management to enhance service delivery.
- Service Delivery Execution: Ensure delivery execution aligns with contracts, manage agreements between service lines, and ensure business continuity.
- Service Delivery Process and Models: Apply OMM for your CU, ensure resources, tools, and processes support all activities. Promote global re-use, automation, and knowledge sharing to achieve operational efficiency targets.
- Cost Control: Enhance internal efficiencies through Operational Excellence, collaborate with GSC OPE for resource demand, and drive 3PP cost efficiency.
You Will Bring
- Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
- Min years of experience: 13-18 years of relevant experience
- Deep understanding of Service Delivery model, strategy & process
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Customer and market insight
- Excellent Social and communication skills
- Financial acumen and skills
- Formulating strategies and concepts
- Adhering to principles and values
- Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
