Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sections and service briefings; uphold service standards and pacing.
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues on the spot, and own VIP touchpoints.
- Coach servers on menu knowledge, wine pairing, and suggestive selling.
- Coordinate with bar, sommelier, and kitchen for seamless course delivery.
- Monitor mise-en-place, table turns, and revenue per cover.
- Maintain impeccably groomed, brand-appropriate appearance and grooming.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a similar leadership role or 3+ years as a Waiter in upmarket fine dining
- Proven upselling and service recovery skills
- Confident menu and working wine knowledge
- Excellent spoken English as well as one other European language
- Polished grooming and professional presence
