Job Description:
Dr Safeenas Wellness Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Counsellor with a strong background in sales and patient engagement. The ideal candidate will provide professional health consultations to clients, guide them on appropriate treatments, and effectively promote wellness programs and packages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one client consultations and recommend suitable treatments or services
- Actively promote wellness packages, therapies, and medical services offered by the clinic
- Handle client inquiries, explain procedures, and support patient decision-making
- Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion of inquiries into appointments
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with medical and front office teams to ensure seamless patient experience
- Meet monthly sales and counselling targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or life sciences
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE (clinical or wellness setup preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in patient counselling and converting consultations to sales
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset with professional appearance and attitude
