Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery, including scheduling. Conducting inspections to identify malfunctions and potential issues, and diagnosing the cause of mechanical failures.
- Supervising, and participating in heavy equipment maintenance activities including installation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensuring the reliability and safety of the equipment fleet. Overseeing the use of tools, equipment, and materials, and managing inventory.
- Managing a team of mechanics and technicians, and coordinating work assignments with other supervisors.
- Training staff on equipment usage, diagnosing issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs, safety procedures and best practices.
- Maintaining records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair, including engine repair, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of mechanics and technicians.
- Ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and maintain records.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and stamina, such as lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions.
- Thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
