Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repair and preventive maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining equipment and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor maintenance and repair work orders.
- Perform inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure equipment and systems are maintained in compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance activities and maintain related records.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA).
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Manage maintenance budgets and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, with at least 2–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer software.
Working Conditions:
- Work may involve physical labor, exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
- Must be available for emergency calls and occasional weekend or night shifts.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
