We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hiring Manager with over 5 years of recruitment experience in large-scale organizations. The ideal candidate will have managed high-volume hiring, led recruitment teams, and used Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) extensively to streamline hiring processes.
This is a Dubai-based role and requires strong familiarity with fast-paced hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job roles and forecast hiring needs.
- Manage and mentor internal recruiters or external hiring partners.
- Optimize candidate sourcing, engagement, and selection strategies.
- Maintain high data accuracy in ATS and generate insightful recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closures and strong employer branding throughout the process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles.
- Experience handling 50+ hires/month in large organizations.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be currently based in Dubai.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in setting up or scaling hiring processes.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with recruitment automation tools.
