Position 1: Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our fitness, coaching, and membership packages
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns
- Represent Gladiators Academy with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and an active lifestyle
- Own visa preferred
Position 2: FOH Administrative
Front of House – Admin and Reception
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors with a friendly attitude
- Handle check-ins, bookings, and inquiries
- Maintain front desk and office organization
- Support coaches and management with daily administrative tasks
- Manage records and customer data entry
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Computer literacy including MS Office
- Customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and communication
- Own visa preferred
