Role Summary:
Maison De Vacances is seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to manage round-the-clock bookings for our portfolio of short-term rental properties across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, experienced in CRM and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), and capable of communicating quickly and professionally with guests, ensuring maximum occupancy and seamless booking coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations Management
- Monitor and manage 24/7 bookings via Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct channels (phone, WhatsApp, email)
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and guest inquiries across all platforms
- Maximize unit occupancy through strategic coordination of direct and indirect reservations
- Ensure calendar availability is always accurate across all platforms
Guest Interaction & Communication
- Respond to guest inquiries with urgency and professionalism
- Share booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and keyless entry access
- Handle urgent last-minute requests and resolve overbooking or booking-related conflicts
System & CRM Usage
- Work actively on Guesty for Hosts and other CRM/reservation systems
- Use OTA tools and dynamic pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning
- Update booking records and generate occupancy and revenue reports when needed
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all bookings comply with Dubai DET / DTCM short-term rental regulations
- Verify guest IDs and registration requirements per government standards
- Coordinate with backend team for guest check-ins/check-outs and document filing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday home reservations or hotel front office/reservations
- Knowledge of Dubai holiday home regulations (DTCM/DET)
- Strong hands-on experience in OTA platforms: Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo, etc.
- Experience with CRM/reservation platforms like Guesty, Hostify, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to manage high volumes of guest interactions with speed and accuracy
- Willingness to work in shifts or on-call basis to ensure 24/7 coverage
