Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Home care Nurses who are experienced in PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) and Tracheostomy care to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to clients according to their individual needs and care plans.
- Perform PEG feeding and ensure proper administration of prescribed medications and nutrition.
- Perform tracheostomy care, including suctioning, cleaning, and maintaining the airway.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility support, and personal hygiene as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any observations or incidents.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team to ensure the highest level of care for clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or nursing assistance with expertise in PEG feeding and tracheostomy care is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or equivalent certification/license required.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
- Must be eligible to work legally in UAE.
