Your Mission:
- Welcome each guest with warmth and energy, guiding them on an unforgettable journey through Italy from the very first smile.
- Manage reservations and table assignments smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless flow and minimal waiting times.
- Master the restaurant’s menu and wine list inside out, so you can confidently advise and inspire guests in their choices.
- Work hand-in-hand with the front-of-house team, supporting waiters and runners to deliver a harmonious, high-quality service.
