Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hostess or Call Center Agent (experience in Dubai preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (spoken and written)
Polished personal appearance and calm, confident presence
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Warm, caring approach with a strong guest-first mindset
Comfortable handling multiple tasks (in person and digitally) in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic software tools (reservations platforms, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
