- Helping in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
- Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Assisting the Executive Chef in all aspects of the main, grill, and banquet kitchens
- Overseeing proper preparation, excellence of product, and profit and labor cost
- Designing menus together with the head chef
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with restaurant standards
- Supervising the work of the kitchen brigade
- Ensuring dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with recipes
- Managing kitchen staff
- Maintaining kitchen health and safety standards
