Role Description
The Hotel Coordinator is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah. The Hotel Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating events, and supporting sales initiatives. Duties include overseeing staff, addressing guest concerns, planning events, and collaborating with different departments to maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Hospitality and Event Planning abilities
Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
