Housekeeper/Laundress is responsible for the cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of the Principal's private rooms including reporting maintenance issues and following up. This includes making of the beds and cleaning od the bathrooms. Must have attention to detail and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.

- National Police Clearance (Mandatory)
- Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Expertise in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the principal's studio, master bedroom, bathroom, and private residence area.
- Skilled in caring for clothing, ensuring garments are stored properly, maintained in pristine condition, and treated with attention to detail, including special items like suits, gowns, and high-value clothing.
- Knowledge of proper care and cleaning for luxury fabrics, ensuring no damage to delicate materials like silk, velvet, and high-end textiles.
- Capable of organizing and maintaining personal belongings, ensuring they are well-kept, arranged neatly, and easy to always access.
- Understanding the importance of safeguarding high-end items, including accessories, jewellery, and other valuable personal possessions, ensuring they are protected and treated with care.
- Proficient in handling and using cleaning products and equipment safely, tailored for luxury textiles and high-end items.
- Ability to manage the principal's private space discreetly and with respect for privacy, always maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring every item is properly arranged, with no misplaced or damaged belongings.
- Ability to adapt cleaning and organizational methods to fit the principal’s specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Skilled in managing tasks efficiently, ensuring all cleaning and organization duties are completed to a high standard, even with tight deadlines or busy schedules.
- Strong communication skills to report any maintenance issues, special requests, or needs related to clothing and personal belongings.
- Flexibility to adapt to the principal's schedule, managing last-minute requests and ensuring their private areas are consistently presentable.
- Able to work around pets, ensuring their presence does not interfere with the organization and care of personal items.
- Willingness to work according to the needs and standards set by the principal, adapting to any specific requirements or changes.
- Flexibility to work long hours as required, ensuring tasks are completed without compromising quality.
- Ability to handle stress effectively, remaining calm and organized in high-pressure situations, and maintaining a professional demeanour.
- ** Must be willing to travel locally and internationally.
